Who provides the service
The service is provided by Rivalless Games. Contact support@rivallessgames.com about your account, subscription or these terms.
Your account and websites
Rivalless Games provides a free-play game catalogue, WordPress plugin, API and signed iframe integrations for website publishers. You must be at least 18 and have authority to manage the websites you connect and to enter this agreement. Keep your login and website API keys private. You are responsible for your site's content, visitors, local requirements and any real-money affiliate links you choose to publish.
Creating an account, connecting Google or downloading the plugin does not purchase a subscription. A theme purchase is separate from a Games subscription. Any partner trial follows its stated allowance and expiry and does not automatically become a paid plan.
Plans, payment and renewal
The plan and monthly EUR price are shown before payment. Displayed prices include applicable taxes. PayPal processes the payment agreement; you review and approve it there. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Returning from PayPal alone does not activate access: our service must verify the payment. A failed or unverified payment may delay or suspend paid access.
Your current allowance, payment records and paid-period end appear in your dashboard. We do not automatically charge an existing account merely because registration or checkout becomes available. Changes to a subscription price or these terms will be communicated before applying to future renewals where required; they do not change an already-paid period retrospectively.
How usage is counted
All connected websites share the account's launch allowance. A launch session is counted when the service issues a launch, not as proof that a visitor played the game. Browsing and catalogue synchronization do not use launch sessions. Exact retries using the same request nonce do not create additional usage. A failure detected before the provider handoff is returned to the allowance; later provider failures are not automatically proof of a refundable launch.
Unused monthly launches do not roll over. When an allowance is exhausted, new launches pause; there are no automatic overage charges. Removing a website or replacing an API key does not reset usage.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel automatic renewal in the subscription dashboard or manage the agreement in PayPal. Check for confirmation: if cancellation is not confirmed, contact support or use PayPal rather than assuming renewal has stopped. Confirmed cancellation stops future renewals; valid access for an already-paid period normally continues until its displayed end. Cancellation alone does not refund a previous payment.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Email support with your account email, payment reference and a description of the problem; do not send passwords or full payment credentials. We consider the circumstances, service issues, usage and applicable rights. A refund is not guaranteed merely because a request is made. Nothing here excludes a refund, withdrawal, cancellation or other remedy that applicable law requires. These terms do not ask you to waive mandatory consumer rights.
Game availability and permitted use
Game content and playback are provided by third-party providers. Availability can vary by game, country, device, provider policy and session validity. Catalogue inclusion is not a promise that every game works everywhere or will remain available indefinitely. Free-play results do not predict real-money outcomes. Rivalless Games does not accept wagers or operate a real-money casino through this service.
Use the integrations only for websites you are authorized to manage. Do not expose private keys in browser code or iframe URLs, bypass access or usage limits, interfere with the service, redistribute credentials or use the service unlawfully. Follow applicable age, advertising and territorial restrictions. Your subscription does not transfer ownership of provider games or authorize use beyond the available integrations.
Service changes, support and responsibility
We may update integrations, remove unavailable games and restrict access where needed to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Contact support if a restriction appears incorrect. You retain responsibility for your own editorial content and backups. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee third-party results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and questions
Our Privacy Notice explains account, integration, payment and authentication data. Contact support to request account closure, raise a dispute or ask about these terms. Cancellation of a paid agreement and closure of an account are separate requests; confirm renewal has stopped before assuming an agreement has ended.
